I got 9.65 in ipe and 64 percentile in Mains can I get seat in sastra.

    You have very low chances of getting seat in Sastra University, because your marks doesn't satisfy the eligible marks based on stream 1. So, try in stream-2 (entrance exam conducted by Sastra University). All the best.
