I got 9.92 in intermediate and 65.5 percental in JEE Mains I want to join in sastra I will get seat or not.

Frankly speaking, nobody can tell with certainty. However, I feel that you have a good chance since your marks in 12th are very good and SASTRA gives 75% weightage to these marks in deciding ranking.
