I got 9 CGPA in 10th and 59% in 12th (CBSE) (low score). Shall I mention the scores in my resume or not?

Whatever is genuine, you have to mention that in your resume, whether it is high or low. And only 12th percent doesn't matter, your skills are much more important.

I scored 58% in 12th and 80% in 10th and B.Tech. Here I'm not allowed to sit for on campus placements. I'm doing foundation course in data Science from IITM but still companies are rejecting me. 10th and 12th percentage matter a lot in india.

Yes, it will be fine to mention the genuine information in your resume. Don't worry about low marks in your academics. What is important is your skills and self-confidence which is required for a job.

Yes, it is okay to mention your original marks in the resume. The company will not judge you on the basis of your marks. In some cases, some companies have criteria of a minimum percentage. Overall, it is okay to mention your marks.
