I got 90.32 percentile in MAT. Do I have any chances to get shortlisted for GD-PI round in NIT,W?

It depends on your whole profile but with 90.32 percentile in MAT you have a fair chance to get selected for further rounds i.e. GD and PI. -
With MAT score, it is difficult to get into NIIT. Here is a list of best MBA Colleges in Coimbatore which accept MAT:

Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed to be University)
