I got 90.937 percentile and 29449 obc category rank can I get top 10 NIT in CSE/ me/ee branch.

It is not possible for you to get admission in top 10 NITs with this percentile. So, you can go with other NITs, where you can get Mech or EEE Branch. CSE is not possible in any of the NITs.
