I got 90 in CBSE boards what I should select du B.Com prog or dtu BBA?

BBA is overall better choice and DTU is as good as DU. So yes my advice for you is to choose DTU BBA over DU B.Com.

It all depends on your interest. With that much of it, you can get both B.A. and B.Com in DU but you should have to select that course which you can carry on with interest. Both courses will lead to you different paths. So, think about what you wants to learn.
