Hi, The choice of the institute depends on various factors such as placements, academics, curriculum, extra-curricular activities, exposure to the students, etc. Keeping in mind all these factors, only one institute that comes to my mind is Lovely Professional University (LPU). LPU has been ranked 78th amongst all government and private universities by NIRF ranking released by MHRD, Government of India. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. Congratulations on scoring this percentage. There are good engineering institutes such as IIT, NIT, VIT, LPU and many more. Not much aware of the institutes except LPU as I inquired for one of my cousin. In order to take admission in LPU you have to be eligible and eligibility is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. You should be happy to know that LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI. Not only this, the Engineering institutes have also been ranked top 100 amongst all other Engineering institute which is a matter of proud. You can join LPU by appearing in LPU NEST which is remotely online proctored test which will be conducted from home due to COVID-19. I also heard that LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students: 1. On the basis of marks in previous class 2.
