You cannot get the main campus at this rank and getting the CSE branch at this rank is not even possible in any of the campus. You apply for the management quota, then you can get the main campus.

Maybe. Even if you get, it will be in the last category whose fee is too high and according to me, it won't be worth it.

I really don't think so. Mechanical is very competitive in VIT. But you may check maybe you get it in the 3rd or 4th category!
