I got 92.72 percentile in JEE and my rank in OBC category is 22787 and my home state is Maharashtra. Can I get coep?

There is a good chance that you would get COEP. But it also depends on which branch are you interested to go in. So, if you don't get COEP in the very first round, wait for subsequent rounds. You might get your desired branch in one of these rounds.
