You should opt for private colleges as you can get a scholarship with this good percentage as well as a desirable branch.

It is very difficult for you to get admission in any government college, but you can try private colleges where you can easily get a seat for CS branch.

Go for the private universities like Amity University or LPU, as your JEE score is too high to get admission in the best colleges of India. Or, you can do B.Sc in CSE from Delhi University. I will prefer you to go with the option 2nd i.e Delhi University.

Hello Abha, You have excellent marks in 12th but quite low rank in JEE Mains. What happened? Unfortunately, these days almost all engineering colleges admit students based on some or the other CET. Your only chance is perhaps management quota if you have not appeared for any other exam.
