I got 92% in boards class 12 and my jee rank is 173000 from obc category can I get admission

No, there is no chance. After applying via OBC quota and home state quota also you are not eligible for the expected college and the desired branch. Since your rank is too high for admission in IIIT-D, you must secure a general category rank under 20000 then through OBC category and home state quota

No chance in IIIT-Din for ECE branch with this rank in OBC category. As per me, you can't get any IIIT. Better to try for private colleges.
