    Percentage of 12th board doesn't matter. You can get admission on the basis of your JEE Mains rank.

    So have you qualified JEE Mains? Jamia Milia Islamia is one of the topmost universities in India. As your percent is good in 12th but your percentage won't get you a seat for B.Tech in Jamia Milia. For that, you need to have qualified JEE Mains with a good rank or else you can take up the entrance of Jamia Millia itself.
