Please write about the home state and category you belong to. However, following colleges can be good options for you:
1. Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala
2. Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology (Mech)
3. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai (IT)
4. Devi Ah

No.you can not get these colleges through josaa except IIIT Pune. You need to saperatly participate in state/ college counseling for other colleges.
