I got 93.41 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 and 91% in CBSE with Delhi Domisil, can I get admission in DTU or NSIT.

Yes, there are good chances of NSIT/DTU and that too in a decent branch, as you are of Delhi domicile, wait for a few rounds in counselling. Hope for the best, you will get there. My Best wishes.
