You have to first choose the location from where you can easily complete your studies, then find best colleges of that locality or region and choose best out of them. There are good schools in India in north as well as south India. -
All colleges are good. But according to your percenatge and the cut-off, you can get admission in south campus colleges, which are also good.

See, getting the best college at 93.6% is not possible. But you can surely get in PGDAV, Bhimrao Ambedker or Sivaji College. -
