I got 93 percentile in B.Tech architecture and 12K rank. What to do next and is it of any use?

Yes, well done. You can apply for jobs, there are so many opportunities available after B.Tech. These days, lots of vacancies are there in both government and private sectors. Or you can do M.Tech.
