I got 94.6 percentile in JEE Mains. Can I go for CSE in last ranked NIT? I belong to OBC category.

I have already answered your similar query just now. But I want to tell you something different. Very fact that you have scored almost 95 percentile means you have in your that rare something by which to achieve success. Please do not set your sights low. You must aim for CSE in II
