Top 15 NIT, there is no chance. You can try in northeast area like NIT Manipur, NIT Nagaland.

You should go to the rank predictor option in shiksa web site or shiksa app There you can submit your percentile of JEE exam and it will show you some government and non government colleges where you are eligible to take admission including all kinds of IITs, NITs and others.
