I got 94% in 12th & scored 81 marks in NATA and 162 in JEE paper 2. Can I get admission in IP?

Yes, try for it and for this you can check JoSAA's website and then check different colleges with the branches offered and last year's opening and closing ranks of particular branches and the total seats available for the course.

In case you don't get your desired college in your desired state, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. Yes, you can get admission in IPU in B.Arc all you have to do is check out the last year cutoff, the opening and closing rank of every college, you have secured very good marks in your 12th so there are very good chances that you will get admission in IPU in B.Arch.
