I got 94% in class 10th. Which stream should I choose?

It totally depends upon your interest and you can see that in which subject you are very good. According to that you can choose your stream. First decide what you want to became in life than take decision. Commerce is related to business,management and banking sector. Medical is doctor line. Non-medical is all about engineering, IPS or IAS.
