I got 94% in pcm n want to do b tech so shall i pursue DU in this. does the change in Du has made 4 yrs coarse equal to B Tech?

I m very confused about the colleges i haven't filled up for IIT main exam i intentionally didn't gave the exam. now i m confused between IP n DU as a professional coarse which should be opted n i want to do it in IT/computer science but my rank is 16282 in CET. pls help fast.
