I got 94% mpc and 93.3 percentile in JEE for this mark which branch will I get in sastra University.

    You have high JEE score but less ipe score. Sastra considers 75% ipe + 25% JEE score. With your score you can have a try for mechanical or bio engineering or chemical branches.
