You need 74 marks or more in JEE for admission to B.Tech CSE. If you didn't give JEE, you need to score high in LPU-NEST for B.Tech CSE. For more information, visit LPU camp office in your town:

You have got 94% (I am assuming 0 miswritten for %) in intermediate which will satisfy your criteria of being eligible for LPU. With your rank it's quite difficult to get the admission, though fill the priority of CSE at top. These things are not possible to predict so I am lending a better solution to you.
