I got 95.2 % non med in cbse board 12 and 15078 rank in comedk.Can I get btech cse admission in bms,rv or ms Ramaiah?

It's very hard to get an seat in RV college of engineering, the marks which you scored is not much to get CSE in RV because usually there cutoff for CSE is around 200-300 rank so it's not possible. And same is the case with MSRIT so hopefully not. But of course you can. Try for BMS there is chance
