I got 95.32 percentile in CET(102 marks). What are the chances of getting IES or MET for MMS?

It is difficult to get those colleges in CAP. But, you have good chance to get those colleges in ILS/ACAP. All the best. -

Keep it as your first preference, it is however difficult to get it in the CAP rounds. You can still try through institutional level seats. Try securing a seat in PGDM by giving their GD-PI. All the best.
