I got 95.5 percentile in JEE. Can I get into good NITs?

This is a great score my friend, you surely can get NIT but I am not sure about the top level ones.

Make an effort to actively participate in counselling via CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) or JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority), where you can select branches and NITs according to your preferences and seats that are available. Pay attention to the NIT cutoffs from prior years.</p>
