I got 95% in 10th what should i prefer diploma or 11th

According to me you should prefer 11th over diploma because after 12th you will be able to give IIT MAINS and afterwards IIT ADVANCED. but after diploma you will not be allowed to give these exams
as you are a bright student you for sure can crack these prestigious exams and can make your future as

Its better you opt for 11th.you will get to learn many things in 11-12.
