I got 95 percentile in JEE and got 95 percent in Andhra Pradesh INTERMEDIATE Exam. Can I get CSE or ECE IN SASTRA MAIN CAMPUS.

50 percentage Mains and another 50 percentage IPE. You have more chances to get ECE.

Your JEE percentile is high but Ipe score is less. Sastra will take 25% of JEE + 75% of ipe score. So it's impossible to get CSE or ECE with your score. You can try for EEE related branches. Wish you luck.
