I got 95542 rank in JEE Main. Can I get admission in DTU or if I get 18780 rank in JEE Mains Paper 2? Both are OBC.

If the given ranks are your category rank. Then, I will have to say that it is enough to get you into DTU. DTU is one of the topmost college of the country and holds a good reservation for delhiites.
If you are resident of Delhi then you can go try for it, you might get some non-core branch there. O

So, it makes your getting into DTU quite impossible. But you can go for home state NIT or other regional colleges. There are some low rank NIT that you can get into.
