I got 96.94 percentile in CAT quant 82.18, verbal 99.31 is there sectional cutoff for your institute if so is my score par enough (fresher)

You have very good chances of conversion. Just prepare well for the subsequent stages. Last year, XIME cutoff stood at 88 percentile for final admissions.
