I got 96%.But due to DU rules it rounds off to 95%(included ip).The first cut off for SVC is 96.75%. What are my chances?How are placements?

I am positive you will get atleast into kirori mal college or khalsa or maybe daulat ram (if you are a girl). There is good enough chance for Ramjas college as well. To be frank there are quite low chances for you to get into Hansraj or Hindu college and you probably would miss the final cut offs by
