I got 97.1709 in JEE Mains but due to some health issues am not able to score good marks in class 12 will I get a good college?

If you have a minimum of 60% in 12th then you can get admission in NITs and if you clear JEE Advance then you can get admission in IITs. 97.17 is really a good percentile. -

The minimum marks required in 12th grade to get a seat through JEE exams is 65 percent (for reserved categories like SC, ST) and 75 percent ( for unreserved or general category). Hence, even if you have a great score in JEE exams, if you do not have this minimum required scores, you can't get an admission.
