I got 97.1709 in JEE Mains but due to some health issues am not able to score good marks in class 12 will I get a good college?

If you have a minimum of 60% in 12th then you can get admission in NITs and if you clear JEE Advance then you can get admission in IITs. 97.17 is really a good percentile.
