I got 97.3% in my board exams and 78 percentile in JEE Mains. Can I get admission into SASTRA University?

You have a very good percentage in boards but your JEE percentile is not very good. I don't think you will get SASTRA University as it makes the merit list according to the boards as well as the JEE Mains percentile.
