Sorry for saying this, there is no chance for you to get a seat in SASTRA in stream 2 based on your rank. Last year, students who got even 984 marks didn't get the seat. Try for other universities. But there is one chance
If your JEE Mains score is above 110, then there is a chance of getting a seat in Sastra. -

Yes, you can. As you have nearly 97% marks in your board exams, you have good chances of getting a seat. But it is not sure that you can get the branch that you wish for.
