I got 973 marks out of 1000 and my Mains marks is 75. Will I get a seat in mechatronics or mechanical engineering?

Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Main rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Main and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. Seat allotment depends completely on the no. of students and availability of seat.
Do apply for the counselling and wait for results. -
It's possible. Also sometimes there is a big rush for seats in SASTRA. So you cannot confirm the seats with this marks. You should keep faith and along with this you should keep some colleges as the backup under Annamalai or Bharathiar University. So it would be safe for you.
