Yes, there is chance of getting an admission in this University under the above mentioned score, it is little difficult to get CSE, but you surely have a chance of EE OR ECE.

Your IPE score is good and overall marks in JEE is 103. At this score blink chance in CSE at SASTRA University but may have chance for the specialisation in ECE.
