On the basis of JEE Mains, you can take admission in HBTU Kanpur, but if you belongs from general category and looking for admission in best state government college Uttar Pradesh there is no chance to get admission through UPSEE, but on your JEE Mains percentile, you can easily get admission in HBTU and other best state government college of India.
