I got 98% in MAT, 75% in BE 2013 and have 2 years work experience and interested in operations. How good is placement for operations?

    Lean operations and systems constitute the highest percentage of work ex students. So there's a great competition in getting placed in the top companies. LOS mainly brings in more of systems roles rather than operations roles. Good companies like HUL, TCS, Oracle, LG etc. come for placements. Highest package till now has been 8.9 lpa with NTT data for a student with 2.5 years work ex. Few companies come exclusively for experienced people like Facebook, HSBC, NTT data, Oracle etc. Sometimes they restrict the work ex upto 2.5 years as they might think he/she is over qualified.
