I got 98% in PCM group from AP board and want to take admission in Shiv Nadar University in CSE or ECE. Is it possible to get there?

Yes, there is a possibility, in fact since you got 97+ marks in PCM, you will be given scholarship A, which means 23500 will be your tuition fees every year. All these are done only if you are selected. Since the selection is based on 50% marks in SNUSAT and 50% marks in your board marks, there is a chance that you can be selected.
