I got 99640 general and 34180 OBC ranking in UPSEE 2016. Is it sufficient to get a good engineering college for CSE?

Should I waste a year or go for a college with this rank. I got 64% in class 12th and 61% in PCM.

    No, you can't be able to get any good college at this score. Even with the reserved category quota, you can't make out for any of good nor government college neither a private college.
