I got a 13500 rank in the UPESEAT and 94% in PCM. Can I get into petroleum engineering on the basis of my PCM percentage?

Hi Manisha,
You do have a chance to get Petroleum Engineering if you've applied on the basis of Board Merit i.e Non Exam Pathway. But your UPESEAT Rank is too low to get into a low preffered branch in UPES. In order to get Petroleum, your UPESEAT Rank must be less than 600.
