I got a call from a person who claims to be a counselor from IBS College. Is she genuine or a fraud?
She will send a counselor to my home for registration of IBSAT.

Confirm the offer from IBS officials. If it is a fraud they will tell you so. Go to their website and find the contact information. Tell them your situation and they will tell you accordingly. Approach the police in case of any fraudulent activity.
