I got a cut-off 189 in 12th in March 2019, am I eligible to get ECE in Thiagarajar College by counselling?

To get admission into Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Candidates have to score a minimum of 50% as aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognized board. Feel free to ask anything.
