I got a drop in S.Y. B.Com. I wish to appear for T.Y.B.Com directly without . Is this possible in Mumbai University?

Got a drop in S.Y.B.Com I want to do T.Y.Bcom directly without S.Y. as I dont want a gap in my academic. Also I want to go for affiliated university preferably Mumbai University. Please help me
