As per my knowledge and research, SGCSE certificate alone may not be sufficient for doing MBBS in most of the countries. UK, Australia, Eastern Europe and China accepts SGCSE+A Levels with addition to IELTS score for english proficiency. But for India, you must have to obtain a certificate of equivalence for SGCSE certificate. However, SGCSE certificate is considered equivalent to 10+2. So, for doing MBBS in India, you must score well in NEET UG Exam.
