I got a gre score of 1350 and toefl 109. I am doing my VII sem B.E. and will be completing in june 2011. My pass percent till now is 80.042. I would like to apply for M.S. (embedded systems) in Upenn. What are the chances of getting into that university?

Hi,
Your profile is very competitive to get admission at the University of Pennsylvania. I would say that if you submit a strong application with strong letters of recommendations, admission would not be a problem for you at this university.
