I got a gre score of 317( 160 quants, 157 verbal ) and a low AW score of 3. Is it possible to pursue M.S Industrial Engineering in NTU

I have an engineering GPA 7.89/10. of Will my AW score be a major factor for deciding my admission? I currently am in my final year of study. Pl. suggest other options also
