I got a job in Reliance fresh as a Store in Amritsar Area, Punjab. I want to know career growth in retail.

I have done MBA in marketing and retail. can we jump from retail to fmcg after getting exp in retail? please help me out in dis.?

Hi Rishi, As you already have a marketing degree you should not face any problem in getting FMCG sector, but the shift should be done ASAP as if you will get more experience in Operations then you probably will start getting job opportunities in Operations itself. So, start looking for jobs in FMCG
