I got a job in TCS after graduating from BCA & I want to do MCA along with my job. Is it beneficial to do distance MCA along with job?

Don't think that you got job and that is enough. Instead, you have a plus point that you are working even after graduation only. Go for MCA (distance education or regular) + certifications to upgrade your skills so that you can achieve great height.

Yes, MCA is worth for your career. Also, I would suggest you to think about some professional courses which might be more beneficial than MCA.
