I got a lot of bad reviews on Google for this college, is it true that the syllabus keeps on changing and the teachers don't teach?

That is true with every college, and after you come into one you realise that it's true for all, including a lot of famous ones. But then the area you have taken is something you will get top recourse for free so you can do it on your own and the faculty helps, if you have questions.
